The studio

One studio, many apps.

Post Nine Studio LLC is the parent company behind everything we ship. Rather than taking on client work, we operate as a product studio: each app is researched, designed, built, released, and supported in-house, under one roof and one set of standards.

That structure is deliberate. A shared design system, a shared engineering foundation, and a shared privacy posture mean a small team can ship carefully without rebuilding the same groundwork for every product. It also means the person who writes the code is the person who answers your support email.

Our first applications are in active development. As each one is released it will live under the Post Nine Studio name on the App Store, with its own website, support, and privacy policy on a domain of its own.

How we work

Four principles we do not trade away.

    Design led

    Every product starts as a drawing, not a backlog. We prototype the core interaction until it feels obvious, then build around it. If a feature cannot earn its place on the first screen, it does not ship.

  • 02

    Privacy by default

    We collect the minimum data an app needs to function, keep it on device wherever the feature allows, and never sell it. No third-party advertising SDKs, no behavioural tracking, no dark patterns around consent.

  • 03

    Built for the platform

    We build with the platform rather than around it. Real accessibility support, proper Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and Dark Mode from the first release — not retrofitted after launch. An app should feel like it belongs on the device it runs on.

  • 04

    Independently funded

    The studio is self-funded and has no outside investors. That lets us charge honestly for software, support products for as long as people use them, and say no to the growth tactics that make apps worse.

Nothing released yet. On purpose.

Post Nine Studio is a new studio and our first applications are still being built. We would rather show you a finished product than a landing page for one that does not exist.

When the first app is ready for release it will be announced here and on the App Store. If you would like to hear about it directly, or join a TestFlight beta, send us a note.

    Narrowing the problem, testing whether an app is genuinely the right shape for it.

  2. Design

    Interaction prototypes, the studio design system, and accessibility decided up front.

  3. Build

    Implementation, internal testing, and a TestFlight beta ahead of submission.

Each released app gets its own website, carrying the support and privacy policy pages required for distribution on the App Store.
